Our Capabilities
Our 16 roll forming lines featuring spindles from 1.5 – 3.5 inches allow us to serve a broad spectrum of industries such as Transportation, Commercial Building, Solar and Railcar.
We are capable of roll forming sections from .010 up to .250 thick and up to 36.250 inches in width. We can produce lengths in excess of 85 feet.

16 Roll Forming Lines
Feature 1.5 in. spindles to 3.5 in. spindles with the capacity to expand and capable of rolling section up to 36.25 in. wide from .010 to .25 in. thick.
Heavy Duty 20 Stand Tishken
Features 3.5 in. diameter spindles capable of rolling up to 36.25 inch coil width; thickness up to .25 in. This line includes a 40 in. straightener, 100 ton pre-notch press and an 150 ton cutoff press.
Pre and Post-Punch Operations
Pre and Post-punch Presses from 40 tons to 300 tons
Electronic Roll Feed and Air Feeds
Designed with .002 tolerance for precision accuracy.
Overhead Hoist
Features 20 foot spreader bar and vacuum grippers that can grab up to 1000 pound sections for handling and packaging.
